Support Program Helps Disabled Soldiers to Drive On The Army
has established a new support program to ensure that severely wounded
Soldiers don't get lost between the cracks or tangled in government
red tape once they are medically discharged from service. The Disabled
Soldier Support System, or DS3, was to be launched officially April 30 but
pentagon officials quietly have been phasing in the program for the past
several months.
