The H4H Challenge CD-Rom Study Guide consists of the HOOAH 4 Health Challenge study materials, quizzes, and a practice final exam. (The actual final exam can be found at the Army Training Support Center. Passing the actual final exam at the ATSC will allow the student to earn retirement credits; passing only the practice exam at H4Hchallenge.com will not.

      The study materials are grouped under the following six core modules:
           • Body
           • Mind
           • Spirit
           • Environment
           • Prevention
           • Change


Students may study the modules in any order but must pass all six end-of-module quizzes to be eligible for the practice final exam.


CD-ROM is the Correspondence Course Study Guide Without Internet Bandwidth Restrictions:

     • Practicing answers for six Module Tests from an individual computer hard drive

     • Program functionality without restrictions by modem speed or bandwidth access, therefore
        faster response time to user actions

     • Allows individual end-users to utilize home computer capabilities at their own pace and
        organizational needs

     • Connecting to the website through the auto-hyperlinks when desired


Increased Shelf Life of CD-ROM:

     • CD-ROM works in tandem with the H4H website through programmed hyperlinks

     • Access of Course materials from Website by end-users as needed

     • Ability to update course materials on-line and remain current with CD- ROM regardless of
        how many times the content has changed

     • CD-ROM will track and compile user responses and upload to the website database
